It all starts with a seed. What if the future of farming was not only about food production, but also about growing knowledge, strengthening communities, and building resilience? The SEEDS – Sowing agroEcological education in the VET sector project, co-funded by the European Union, aims to strengthen agroecology education by integrating scientific approaches, social understanding, traditional knowledge, and sustainable economic models into practical learning experiences. The SEEDS Roadmap is a newly developed strategic document designed to support partner organisations, educators, and stakeholders in planning and implementing the SEEDS Lab — a collaborative space where teachers, farmers, and learners co-create agroecological curricula that support both people and the environment. The document contributes to the development of greener and fairer food systems through strengthened agroecological education.
