The TCCWB – Supporting the Development of Transcultural Competence for Healthcare Professionals in the Western Balkans project is entering its final implementation phase. The latest edition of the project newsletter provides an overview of activities carried out over the past few months, progress achieved, and the next steps leading towards the project's completion.
During the online consortium meeting held on 28 October 2026, project partners discussed ongoing activities and agreed on priorities for the upcoming period.
One of the project's key components, the pilot programme for developing transcultural competence, is nearing completion at partner higher education institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania. Preparations are also underway for the project's final conference, scheduled to take place in Sarajevo in March 2027.
Sarajevo Meeting of Cultures (SMOC), as a project implementation partner, is leading the organisation of the final conference in cooperation with the FAMI Foundation. The conference will provide an opportunity to present the project's key results and exchange experiences gained throughout its implementation.
We invite you to explore the latest newsletter to learn more about the progress achieved, the activities carried out by project partners, and the plans for the final phase of TCCWB.
